Potato and Vegetable Gratin

thinly slice the potatoes, zucchini, turnips and sweet potatoes
place in a single layer on a baking tray (you'll need 3 trays) sprinkle with olive oil
season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and Italian seasoning
bake for 15 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C
to a bowl, add cream, Parmesan, Gruyère, salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg & Italian seasoning
stir to combine
grease a baking dish with butter, add 3 tablespoons prepared cheese mixture
place pre-baked potatoes and vegetables upright
spread the remaining mixture
cover with aluminum foil bake 20 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C

remove foil, sprinkle with Gruyère, bake for 20 minutes more
