Pork Steaks with Mozzarella


cut pork tenderloin into  1 inch/2.5 cm thick steaks

cover with foil,  pound into thin slices

season both sides with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

place mozzarella  on one side  of each slice

fold over and  secure with toothpicks

mince the  garlic cloves

roughly chop the  sun-dried tomatoes

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add pork steaks

sear 3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic,  sun-dried tomatoes  and rosemary,  sauté for 1 minute

stir in flour

deglaze with  white wine,  simmer for  2 minutes

add water and  low sodium soy sauce,  bring to a boil,  simmer for 1 minute

add pork steaks

coat with  pan sauce,  simmer for  1 minute

top with  black pepper  and chili flakes
