Pomegranate Glazed Turkey

combine water and salt,  add turkey, brine for  6 hours or overnight  in the refrigerator

dice the shallots

mince the  garlic cloves

combine  pomegranate juice  with maple syrup,  balsamic vinegar  and soy sauce

rinse turkey breasts,  pat dry, season both sides  with salt, paprika,  garlic powder and  brown sugar

heat oil and butter,  add turkey breasts

sear 5 minutes  per side, remove

add garlic and shallots,  cook for 3 minutes

pour in prepared sauce,  add rosemary,  simmer for 3 minutes

add the turkey,  top with rosemary and  spoon over the  pomegranate juice

bake, uncovered,  for 25-30 minutes  at 400°F (200°C)  spoon every  10 minutes  with glaze
