Pierogi with Kielbasa Peppers & Mushrooms

slice the mushrooms

deseed and slice  the bell pepper

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

slice the  kielbasa sausages

heat oil and butter,  add kielbasa,  cook until browned

remove kielbasa,  discard excess grease

add mushrooms,  cook until they  release moisture

add pepper, garlic  and onion,  cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt,  pepper, paprika,  herbs de provence  and tomato paste

pour in  chicken broth,  simmer for  5 minutes

in the meantime,  boil pierogi

toss in kielbasa  and pierogi
