Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini

grate the  provolone cheese

deseed and chop  the bell pepper

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

heat butter  over medium high,  add bell pepper,  cook for 3 minutes

add garlic and onion,  cook for 2 minutes

add ground beef,  break up into pieces, cook until brown

add Worcestershire  sauce,  salt pepper  and beef broth,  cook for 5 minutes

boil tortellini  in salted water  for 2 minutes

drain the tortellini

stir in cream  and 3/4 of the  grated provolone,  bring to a simmer

stir in tortellini

finish off with  remaining  provolone cheese
