Peanut Chicken Wraps

whisk peanut butter with hot water

grate ginger and garlic clove

combine with lime juice, sesame oil and soy sauce

slice carrot into thin sticks

slice cucumber  into thin sticks

chop the chili peppers

spread a layer peanut sauce on tortilla, add chili pepper and shredded chicken

add carrot, cucumber and cilantro leaves

fold tortilla over the filling, then fold the sides and roll forward

serve at room temperature with extra peanut sauce
