Pasta with No-Cook Spicy Tomato Sauce

boil pasta al dente in salted water, drain and reserve 1 cup cooking water

to a food processor, add sun dried tomatoes,  garlic, pine nuts, salt, pepper and oregano

ricotta, Parmesan, oil,  harissa and basil

blend until  finely chopped

add prepared sauce and 1/2 cup cooking water to boiled pasta

toss to combine,  serve!
