One pan Parmesan orzo with shrimp

combine shrimp with  paprika, salt, pepper  and oil

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the shallot

heat oil over  medium high

add butter

add shrimp

place in a single layer, sear for 1 minute

turn, sear  for 1 minute more

remove from skillet

add shallot  and garlic

stir in orzo

add oregano,  red pepper flakes,  za'atar and  black pepper

pour in  chicken broth and bring  to a boil

cover, simmer for  10-15 minutes

stir occasionally

add spinach

stir until wilted

add lemon juice

stir in Parmesan

add feta

slide shrimp back into the skillet

toss to combine
