grate the garlic cloves
add eggs, egg yolks and grated Parmesan to a bowl
whisk to combine
heat a large nonstick skillet over high, add Pancetta, cook until crispy, remove from skillet
add garlic and orzo, toast for 1 minute
pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil
add salt and pepper, reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 10 minutes
when ready, turn off the heat, if the orzo is too dry, add a splash of water
stir in the egg mixture
