One Skillet Tortellini with Sausage

remove seeds from the bell pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
finely chop the onion
mince the garlic
remove casings from sausages
heat a large skillet over high, add oil and pepper, sauté for 5 minutes
add sausages, break up into pieces
cook for 3 minutes
add garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes
deglaze with white wine, simmer for 2 minutes
stir in spices and tomato paste
add broth and tortellini, cook for 3 minutes
stir in Parmesan
finish off with black pepper and red pepper flakes
