One Skillet Meatballs with Orzo and Feta Pesto

to a bowl, add  ground beef, egg,  breadcrumbs, milk,  sage, oregano,  garlic powder,  salt and pepper

mix until combined

roll into balls

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

heat oil and butter over medium

add meatballs

brown on all sides, about 10 minutes

remove from skillet

add olive oil

add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant

add orzo

pour in  chicken broth

simmer for  12 minutes

meanwhile,  add feta, pine nuts,  salt and pepper to  your food processor

pulse until  just combined

add basil leaves,  pulse very briefly

when orzo is ready

stir in prepared  feta pesto

add meatballs

simmer until  warmed trough
