One-Pot Swedish Meatball Orzo

to a bowl, add  ground meat, dried onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg,  garlic powder,  breadcrumbs and egg

mix with your hand  until just combined

roll into 2-tbsp sized  meatballs

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

heat oil and butter  over medium,  add meatballs

brown all over,  about 5 minutes

remove from skillet

add onion and garlic,  sauté for 2 minutes

add orzo,  Worcestershire sauce,  salt, pepper  and mustard,  cook for 1 minute

pour in  beef broth,  simmer for  5 minutes

add cream

add meatballs,  simmer for  15 minutes

top with parsley  and black pepper
