One Pot French Onion Ravioli

cut bacon into lardons

thinly slice the onions

mince the  garlic clove

heat oil and butter over medium, add bacon

cook until golden brown, remove from skillet

add onions, cook for 5 minutes

stir in butter, cook for 5 minutes more

stir in garlic, salt, pepper and thyme

deglaze with  white wine, simmer for  5 minutes

pour in  chicken broth, bring to a boil

add ravioli, cook for 3 minutes

when ready, finish off with bacon, serve!
