One-Pan Chicken with Potatoes

season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika

peel and cut the potatoes into  bite-sized pieces

slice the mushrooms

 dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add chicken thighs

sear 5 minutes  per side,  remove from skillet

add mushroom and rosemary,  cook until they  release moisture

add garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes

 add potatoes,  chicken broth and  crème fraîche

 add parsley and chicken, cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat
