Middle Eastern Chicken Stew with White Beans

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

heat oil over medium low, add garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt, pepper, coriander, chili flakes and tomato paste

add chicken broth and crushed tomatoes

add white beans and chicken fillets

add sumac and bay leaves, cover, cook for 15 minutes

when ready, remove chicken from pot

shred the chicken using two forks

add chicken back to the pot
