Mediterranean Chicken

season chicken  with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano  and garlic powder

heat  oil and butter  over medium,  place thighs  skin-side down,  sear for  10 minutes

meanwhile,  peel and cut  the potatoes into  bite-sized pieces

deseed and chop  the bell peppers

turn the  chicken thighs,  sear for  5 minutes,  remove from  skillet

add potatoes  and peppers,  cook for  2 minutes

stir in salt,  pepper, paprika,  oregano,  garlic powder,  cherry tomatoes  and olives

add chicken  skin-side down,  bake for  20 minutes at  400°F/ 200°C

turn the chicken,  sprinkle with  lemon juice  and pistachios,  bake 20 minutes at  350°F/ 160°C
