Meatball White Bean Stew

combine ground pork with an egg, salt, pepper, dried onion and breadcrumbs

roll into meatballs

heat oil and butter, add meatballs

brown all over, remove from pot

add onion and garlic

stir in carrots

add smoked paprika, oregano and  tomato paste

add white beans, potatoes and  chicken broth

add meatballs,  simmer for  25 minutes

finish off with parsley
