Loaded Hummus with Merguez Meatballs

add lemon juice, spices, garlic and tahini to your foodprocessor  blend for 2 minutes

add chickpeas,  sesame oil, yogurt  and ice water, process until smooth

slice the cucumber

halve the  cherry tomatoes

dice the red onion

combine with olive oil, lemon juice and spices

remove casings from  Merguez sausages

cut into small pieces, roll into meatballs

heat oil  over medium, add meatballs

brown on all sides, about 3 minutes

add chickpeas,  pine nuts and garlic, cook for  3 minutes more

add parsley and black pepper

divide hummus  between bowls,  top with  meatball mixture

add prepared salad, peppers and  topping spices
