Lemon Orzo  with Souvlaki

cut pork tenderloin  into bite-sized pieces

combine with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder,  sweet & smoked paprika,  dried onion, oregano  and cinnamon

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the dill  and parsley

heat oil  in a nonstick skillet  over medium,  add garlic and onion,  cook for 3 minutes

add orzo,  toast for 1 minute

add chickpeas  and pour in  chicken broth,  simmer for  10 minutes or until  the orzo is al dente

in a second skillet  heat oil and butter  over high

place pork  in a single layer,  sear undisturbed  for 1 minute,  then stir and cook  for 3 minutes

when orzo is ready,  add lemon juice,  dill and parsley

finish off with  black pepper  and chili flakes
