Lemon Cacio e Pepe Chicken


season chicken fillets on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika

mince the garlic

chop the parsley

grate the  Parmigiano  Reggiano

heat oil and butter over medium, add chicken

cook 5-8 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add freshly ground black pepper

add garlic and asparagus, cook for 1 minute

stir in salt and Italian seasoning

deglaze with chicken broth, cook for 3 minutes

pour in cream, simmer for 2 minutes

add lemon juice and zest

gradually stir in  grated Parmigiano Reggiano

simmer until the sauce starts to thicken, stie constantly

add chicken, simmer for  3 minutes more

finish off with parsley, black pepper and lemon zest
