Lebanese Baked  Chicken with Potatoes

combine yogurt with  salt, pepper, paprika,  garlic powder and za'atar

massage chicken with  yogurt mixture,  set aside to marinate

peel the carrots,  chop into large pieces

cut the potatoes  into slices

chop the parsley,  cut onion into wedges

to a bowl,  add potatoes, carrots,  salt, pepper, oregano,  parsley and butter

mix to combine

place potato mixture on  a baking sheet, nestle  chicken between potatoes

add onion and garlic head  cut-side-down, sprinkle  with lemon juice

drizzle with olive oil

bake for 60 minutes  at 350°F/ 180°C
