Korean Ground Chicken Tacos

 combine  mayonnaise with gochujang

 mince the  garlic cloves

chop the scallions, keeping the white and green parts separate

 heat the oil, add ground chicken,  break up into pieces and cook until browned

 stir in soy sauce,  rice vinegar,  sesame oil, honey and  Gochujang sauce

add garlic and white parts of the scallions, cook for 2  minutes
