grate the pecorino

halve the  cherry tomatoes

thinly slice the shallots

mince the garlic clove

chop the chives

heat oil and butter over medium low in an ovenproof skillet

add shallots and garlic, cook for 2 minutes

add cherry  tomatoes, salt, pepper and thyme, cook for 3 minutes

stir in white beans

create wells and drop the eggs

drizzle with green pesto

sprinkle with pecorino

season with salt, pepper and chili flakes, bake for 5-8 minutes

when ready, top with chives
