Indo Chicken Spaghetti

cut chicken into cubes, season with curry powder, salt and pepper
slice the bell pepper and scallions
mince the garlic and grate the ginger
boil spaghetti al dente in salted water, drain, reserving the cooking water
heat the oil, add eggs, salt and pepper, cook for 30 seconds remove
heat oil and butter, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes, remove
add bell peppers, garlic, ginger and white parts of the scallions, cook for 3 minutes
stir in tomato paste, sambal oelek, soy sauce, and ketjap manis, cook for 3 minutes
add 3/4 cup cooking water and lime juice, bring to a boil
add chicken and the remaining scallions, cook for 1 minute
toss in spaghetti and scrambled eggs
