Honey Butter Garlic Chicken


cut the chicken horizontally into thin slices

season with salt and pepper

place the flour in  a shallow dish

dredge the chicken  in the flour

mince the garlic

heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet

when butter is melted add the chicken

cook in batches about 2-3 minutes per side

remove from skillet set aside

add garlic and sauté until fragrant

add soy sauce, honey and lemon juice

add chicken stock

add the remaining butter. simmer until bubbly & syrupy about 4 minutes

season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. add chopped parsley

return chicken to the pan. coat with sauce and cook for 1 minute until heated through
