Honey Butter Chicken

cut chicken horizontally  into thin slices

season with salt  and pepper

place flour in a  shallow dish

dredge chicken  in the flour

mince the  garlic cloves

heat butter and oil over medium low

when butter  is melted add the chicken

cook in batches 2-3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet set aside

add garlic,  sauté until fragrant

add soy sauce,  honey and  lemon juice

pour in  chicken broth

add butter, simmer  until bubbly and syrupy about 4 minutes

add salt, pepper, chili flakes. and parsley

add chicken, coat with sauce  simmer for 1 minute
