Hoisin Pork Belly

cut the pork belly  into strips, then into  1 inch - 2,5 cm pieces

add to a baking sheet  layered with  parchment paper,  combine with  hoisin sauce

place in a single layer,  roast 30 minutes  at 400°F-200°C

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the cilantro,  grate the ginger

deseed and chop  the chili pepper

combine hoisin sauce  with soy sauce,  sesame oil, water  and rice vinegar

heat oil over  medium high,  add garlic,  cook for 30 seconds

stir in  chili pepper

add pork belly

pour in  prepared sauce,  simmer for  1 minute

stir in cilantro
