Harissa Chicken Pasta

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

chop the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes

cut chicken  into strips

 boil orecchiette  al dente  in salted water

 heat oil and butter over medium high, add chicken

season with salt, pepper, paprika  and oregano

stir in harissa and tomato paste

add garlic and onion, sauté for 3 minutes

add cream,  sun-dried tomatoes and parsley,  bring to a simmer

scoop up 1/2 cup cooking water, drain the orecchiette

 add orecchiette  and 1/4 cup  cooking water,  stir until glossy
