Garlic Mushroom Chicken with Bacon

season chicken fillets with salt, pepper and paprika
slice the mushrooms
mince the garlic
chop the parsley
heat your skillet over high, add bacon, cook until golden brown, remove from skillet
melt 1 tbsp butter, add chicken fillets
sear 5-8 minutes per side
remove from skillet
add mushrooms, cook until they release moisture
add oil and garlic, cook for 2 minutes
stir in Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
deglaze with white wine, simmer for 2 minutes
add cream
stir in parsley and Parmesan, bring to a simmer

finish off with bacon, parsley and black pepper
