Fluffy Cream Cheese Garlic Dip

cut garlic cloves in half lengthwise, remove the germ

finely grate the garlic

add cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, salt,  pepper and lemon juice to a food processor

blend for 1-2 minutes

or until smooth and slightly fluffy

heat a saucepan over medium low, add butter

stir until it starts to brown

add pine nuts, cook for 30 seconds

pour in olive oil

add spices and  maple syrup

turn off the heat, stir for a minute

spread Parmesan dip in a serving bowl

drizzle with brown butter pine nuts

top with flaky salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper
