Easy Ragu With Ricotta


mince the garlic

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

grate the carrots

heat oil in a large pan

add onion and garlic, sauté until soft

add celery

add carrots, cook for 5 minutes

add ground pork

sauté until cooked through

add white wine, cook for 5 minutes

stir in spices and tomato paste

add crushed tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes

meanwhile, cook the pasta

when ready, add milk, ricotta and Parmesan

stir until combined

drain the pasta

add to sauce, stir to combine

finish off with fresh thyme
