Easy Harissa Salmon

pat the salmon fillets dry

season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder

finely chop the onion

mince the garlic

roughly chop the spinach

heat oil and butter over medium high, add salmon fillets

sear 3 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add garlic and onion, cook for 3 minutes

add salt, pepper and turmeric

deglaze with 1/4 cup water, simmer for 1 minute

add harissa and butter, stir until melted

add spinach

stir until wilted

add salmon, simmer for  3 minutes

finish off with black pepper and lemon juice
