boil pasta al dente  in salted water

deseed and chop  the padron peppers

cook bacon until crispy,  add padron peppers,  cook for 3 minutes

chop the parsley

halve the  cherry tomatoes

dice the  red onion

cut the cheddar cheese  into cubes

combine mayonnaise  with bbq sauce, cumin, Greek yogurt, salt,  pepper, chili flakes, apple cider vinegar  and garlic

drain the paste,  run under cold water

combine the ingredients  in a large bowl

add prepared dressing,  toss to combine
