Easy Butter Salmon Curry

pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika

mince the garlic

finely chop the shallot

grate the ginger

set a skillet over medium heat, add oil and butter

add salmon fillets

sear 3-4 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, shallot & ginger, sauté until soft
