Easy Butter Chicken Curry

cut chicken into cubes

combine with yoghurt and spices

massage yoghurt mixture  into chicken, set aside

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

heat oil in a skillet

add half of the chicken

brown on all sides, about 5 minutes

transfer to a clean plate

add oil and the remaining chicken

cook for 5 minutes, remove from skillet

add butter

add garlic,  onion and ginger, cook until fragrant

stir in spices, tomato paste and red curry paste

add coconut milk

bring to a boil

return chicken with any juices to the skillet

add lime juice and butter

simmer for 10 minutes
