Crunchy Honey Cajun Chicken Bowls

combine chicken  tenders with  salt, pepper and Cajun Seasoning

in a food processor, briefly pulse  the cornflakes

combine with parsley,  Cajun seasoning  and garlic powder

beat the eggs in a bowl, add hot sauce and milk

dip each chicken tender in the  egg mixture, then toss in the  cornflake mixture

place on a baking sheet layered with parchment paper

drizzle with olive oil, bake for 20 minutes at 425°F/ 220°C

meanwhile, boil  the rice according  package directions

prepare the honey glaze: combine honey with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, parsley,  hot sauce, chili flakes and lemon juice

when ready,  drizzle chicken with honey glaze, serve with rice!
