Crispy Za'atar Potatoes with Chicken

rub both sides of chicken thighs with salt, pepper,  garlic powder, paprika and za'atar

cut potatoes in  half lenghtwise

combine with  salt, pepper,  garlic powder, za'atar and oil

heat oil and butter over medium, in  an ovenproof skillet  add chicken thighs  skin-side down

cook for 10 minutes, moving them around every couple of minutes

turn, cook for 5 minutes

remove from skillet

add potatoes cook for 3 minutes

place chicken in between  the potatoes

sprinkle with lemon  juice, bake 20 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C reduce heat to 320°F/ 160°C bake another  20 Minutes
