Crispy Deviled Eggs

boil the eggs  for12 minutes,  transfer to an  ice-water bath to cool

peel and cut in half  lengthwise

to a bowl, add avocado,  egg yolks, mayonnaise,  salt, pepper, turmeric  and lemon juice

mash with a fork until  smooth, spoon into  a piping bag

prepare 3 bowls:  flour, beaten eggs with  salt, breadcrumbs

coat each egg white in  flour, then in the eggs,  finally in breadcrumbs

heat the oil,  fry the eggs in batches  until golden brown
