Creamy Tomato Chicken with Feta

season chicken  fillets with salt, pepper and paprika

cut the tomatoes in half

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

chop the parsley

heat oil in a skillet, add pancetta, cook until crispy

remove from skillet

add butter

add chicken fillets

cook about 5 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant

add tomatoes

pour in white wine, cook for 2 minutes

stir in tomato paste

add chicken broth

add spices and sun-dried tomatoes

add cream

add chicken to the sauce

add crumbled feta, cook for 5 minutes

garnish with parsley

top with pancetta

finish off with  red pepper flakes
