Creamy Tomato Burrata Pasta

finely chop the shallot

mince the garlic

melt butter over low, add shallot and garlic, cook for 2 minutes

add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and cherry tomatoes, cover, simmer for 10 minutes

meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water until al dente

when ready, remove lid

pour in white wine, simmer for 3 minutes

transfer tomatoes to your blender, add burrata, tomato paste and Parmesan

blend until smooth

return prepared sauce to skillet, scoop up 1/2 cup cooking water, drain the pasta

toss pasta with sauce

top with chili flakes, black pepper and parsley
