Creamy Bacon Parmesan Potatoes

slice the potatoes,  transfer to a pot,  add chicken broth,  boil for 15 minutes

mince the  garlic cloves

grate the Parmesan

chop the bacon

heat butter over  medium high,  add bacon

cook until browned,  remove from skillet

reduce heat to low,  add garlic,  sauté for 30 seconds

stir in  Cajun seasoning  and flour

pour in cream

add spinach,  simmer for  2 minutes

when ready,  drain the potatoes

stir in Parmesan

add potatoes,  stir to combine

top with  mozzarella,  bacon and  pepper
