Creamy  'Nduja Salmon

pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika

heat oil and butter, add salmon

sear 3 minutes  per side,  remove from skillet

add garlic,  cook until fragrant

stir in tomato paste and nduja

add thyme, cream and Parmesan

add salmon, simmer for 3 minutes, top with parsley
