Gochujang Noodles with Salmon

pat the salmon fillets dry,  season both sides with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the scallions

boil noodles  al dente  in salted water

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add salmon

sear 3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

reduce heat  to medium low,  add garlic,  sauté for 1 minute

stir in  soy sauce,  oyster sauce and  Gochujang sauce

stir in scallions

pour in cream,  bring to a simmer

drain the noodles,  reserving 1/2 cup  cooking water

toss in noodles

add salmon

finish off with  scallions and  lime juice
