Creamy Garlic Red Pepper Chicken

cut the bell pepper in half, remove veins and seeds
cut into long strips, then into smaller pieces
mince the garlic
finely chop the onion
chop the parsley
season the chicken with salt, pepper and smoked paprika
heat oil in a skillet
add pancetta
cook until crisp
remove, leaving as much grease as possible in the skillet
add butter
add chicken
cook 8-10 minutes per side
remove from skillet
add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant
deglaze with white wine, simmer for 1-2 minutes
add bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes
add sun-dried tomatoes
add spices
pour in chicken broth
stir in tomato paste
add cream
stir in Parmesan
transfer chicken back to the skillet, simmer for 5 mins
finish off with parsley and pancetta
