Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken

rub chicken thighs with seasoning

heat oil over  medium high,  add chicken thighs

sear until  golden brown, 5 minutes  per side

remove from skillet, discard excess oil

add butter, garlic and black pepper, cook for 2 minutes

deglaze with  white wine, simmer for  3 minutes

add chicken broth and mustard, bring to a boil

add half-and-half and chickpeas

stir in Parmesan

season with salt, add chicken

add the garlic head, thyme and sage

place in the oven roast for 30 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C
