Creamy Chicken and Pancetta Pasta

mince the garlic

cut the tomatoes in half

grate the Parmesan

season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder

cook pancetta until crispy over medium high, remove from skillet

add chicken fillets

cook 5-8 minutes per side, until cooked through

meanwhile, boil penne  al dente in salted water

remove chicken from skillet

add garlic, cook for 1 minute over medium

add cherry tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes

add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning

stir in tomato paste

add spinach, stir until wilted

pour in cream, bring to a simmer

add Parmesan, simmer until the sauce thickens

meanwhile, slice the chicken

drain the pasta

add pasta  and pancetta, toss to combine

top with chicken and chili flakes
