Cranberry Chicken

combine chicken with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

mince the  garlic cloves

heat oil and butter  over medium,  add chicken  skin-side down  cook for 10 minutes

turn, cook for  5 minutes

remove from skillet

reduce heat  to low,  add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

add rosemary,  maple syrup,  balsamic vinegar  and chicken broth,  simmer for 1 minute

stir in cranberries

add chicken and  its released juices

bake for 15 minutes  at 400°F/200°C,  then reduce heat  to 320°F/160°C,  bake 20 minutes more
