Coconut Curry Cabbage Rolls

cut out the core  of the cabbage,  place cut side down  in a pot, add hot water,  simmer for 10 minutes

turn, simmer  for 5 minutes

combine ground pork  with chili flakes,  garlic powder,  soy sauce,  rice and scallions

combine coconut milk  with soy sauce,  fish sauce, garlic,  lime juice, broth and  Thai red curry paste

carefully peel off the cabbage leaves

place filling onto each leaf, fold one side  of the leaf over  the filling,  fold in the sides,  then roll up to seal

add oil, line the bottom  with cabbage leaves.  place the cabbage rolls,  seam side down

pour in the  prepared sauce, cover,  simmer for 60 minutes
