Chicken with Spicy Tomato Sauce

season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper,  garlic powder and paprika

finely chop the onion

mince the garlic

chop the parsley

heat oil and butter over medium high, add chicken fillets

cook, 5-8 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant

add cherry tomatoes, cook until they start to burst

stir in salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, oregano, brown sugar and lemon juice

deglaze with white wine, simmer for 2 minutes

add puréed tomatoes

add cream, bring to a boil

return chicken to skillet, simmer for 3-5 minutes

top with parsley, black pepper and chili flakes
