Chicken with Braised Tomatoes and Burrata

mince the  garlic cloves

heat oil and butter over medium

add chicken, season with  salt, pepper  and paprika

sear until  golden brown, about 5-7 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic,  sauté for  1 minute

deglaze with  1/4 cup water

add cherry  tomatoes

stir in salt, pepper,  chili flakes,  balsamic vinegar  and honey

add thyme sprigs

cover, braise for 10 minutes

meanwhile,  slice the chicken

when ready, add chicken  to the skillet

add burrata

top with  black pepper, chili flakes  and pine nuts
